Ingredients
- 500gr. chickpeas
- 2 onions freshly chopped
- 1 dry onion, grated
- 1 bunch of mint, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- 1 fl. self raising flour of
- Salt Pepper
- flour and oil for frying
Method
1. Soak the chickpeas the day before and boil until they start peeling.2. Drain and make puree with fork or mixer.
3. Mix all the ingredients well and leave the mixture for half an hour in the refrigerator to tighten.
4. We add the meatballs and fry them, shake them to remove the unnecessary flour and fry them in hot oil.
