Cauliflower Balls



 

Ingredients
  • 1 medium cauliflower (1½-2kg)
  • 1 large onion
  • a little mint
  • 1 cup of oregano soup
  • 1 fl. full-fat milk
  • 7 rusks
  • 1 fl. flour
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil for frying

Method
1. Cut the hard cauliflower stalks. Cut into four and boil for 20 in salted water. Then strain and mash it with the fork.
2. Throw the onion on the grater. Soak the rusks in the milk. Chop the mint. Put all the materials together.
3. Leave the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then add plenty of oil to the fire to burn.
4. Apply balls and fry in the oil.
