Roasted Florina Peppers





Ingredients
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of dill finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 cup of anthotyro soup
  • 6 peppers of Florina
  • 1 tablespoon soup
  • 1 glass of water

Method
1. Wash the peppers.
2. In a bowl, dissolve and stir cheeses, dill and salt pepper.
3. Carefully cut the stalk around the peppers and fill them with the cheese mixture from the opening.
4. Close the opening with the lids.
5. Put them on a dish.
6. You include them in the water where you have broken the pâté and bake them in a medium oven for about an hour.
