Ingredients
- 500 g Giants
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2 carrots sliced
- 4 tomatoes small beaten in the blender
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 3 sprigs of celery finely chopped
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- ½ fl. olive oil
Method
Once the beans are put in water from the previous evening, drain the original water and place the beans in a pot with enough water to boil.Add the carrots and celery and leave them to boil. When softened, we lower the pot from the fire. And drain the beans.
In another pot, light the onion and garlic with the oil, and add the tomato, salt, pepper and oregano. Add the beans and lastly the parsley.
Then empty the food on a pyrex and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 1 hour.
