Ingredients
- 1/2 fl. lentils
- 700gr. spinach
- 1 fl. oil
- 5-6 fresh onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, cumin
Method
We clean the lentils and let them take a boil. Empty the first water and re-boil it this time until it is poured.Wash the spinach and cut it coarsely (if we have frozen spinach simply wash it off and do not cut it) and leave it aside.
Clean the onions and garlic and pour them in a saucepan with the oil, cumin, salt pepper and wilting them.
Then put the spinach in there to boil. Then add the lentils if needed and add a little water.
They should be left with their juice so the 15 minutes of boiling is that they should.
