Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion dry
- cheese slice as much as we want
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt Pepper
- oregano
Method
1. Put the oil in a deep frying pan, chop the tomatoes and onion and sauté them for about 15 minutes.2. Pour the peppers and eggs as they are without knocking them and stir them all together.
3. Add the salt, pepper, oregano and finally feta, leave until the eggs are cooked.
