Ingredients
- 4 large boiled and melted carrots
- 3 potatoes cleaned and cooked
- 2 onions grated on the coarse grater
- 1 fl. flour for all uses
- 1 fl. grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 fl. parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint dry
- Salt Pepper
Method
1. Boil potatoes in salted water. Drain them and melt them into a bowl.2. We do the same with carrots in another pot.
3. Mix, kneading with all the ingredients of the filling.
4. Throw small meatballs, and fry them in hot oil.
5. Once golden, take them on absorbent paper and then transfer them to a platter
