Ingredients
- 5 big carrots
- 4 potatoes cleaned
- 2 onions grated
- 1 fl. flour for all uses
- 1 fl. grated cheese of our choice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 fl. parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint dry
- Salt Pepper
Method
1. Boil potatoes in salted water. Drain them and melt them into a bowl.2. We do the same with carrots in another pot.
3. We knead all our materials with our hands.
4. Add small meatballs and fry them in hot olive oil.
5. Once browned, take them on absorbent paper.
