- 1 sachet of buns

- 2 large onions moderately sliced
- a little parsley
- 2 aubergines cut into slices
- Salt Pepper
- 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Method
Put the curds from last night in a pot of water and soda, the next time we rinse the kennels well and boil for about 2 hours.After softening, pour into the pot all the other materials except for the straighteners.
In about 40 minutes put the food on a baking dish and put it over the eggs, dabbing them in the food to grease well and leaving them to cook.
We target the food at a high temperature with air and as soon as we get the color the eggplants turn from the other side. With about 30 minutes in the oven the food is ready.
