Ingredients
- 1 bottle of tahini 240 g
- 1 cup of sweet salt
- 4-5 cup of lukewarm water
- 8-9 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves of garlic fused
- some pepper
Method
Pour the tahini together with the salt in a pot. Start and beat it in the
mixer and add a little water until you add about ½ glass.
Then add about half of the lemon juice and continue to add a little water
and lemon juice alternately to make it as slim and sour as you want.
Pour the melted garlic, put it in a small container.
Garnish with parsley.
