Ingredients
- lemon as much as you want
- 2 fl. oil
- 2 large slices of bread
- 300 g preserved fish roe
- 1/2 onion optional
- parsley
Method
Stir the bread and pinch it very well
If you want, you can take 2 walks from the multi-cutter.
Stir continuously the tara and add a little bread.
Once these two mix together very well, add the oil a little bit together
with the lemon.
Here if you want add the grated onion.
Garnish with parsley and olives.
