Ingredients
- aubergines (round)
- 1 fl. olive oil
- 2 dry onions small (very finely chopped)
- 1 bunch of parsley finely choppe
- 4 tablespoons of vinegar
- salt
- 1-2 garlic cloves (optional)
Method
Put the aubergines together with their stalk on the grill (on a grill).
When cooked, to peel easily, put them in a nylon bag for 5-10 minutes and
