Spicy Cheese Dip (Tyrokafteri)

Ingredients

• ·         feta cheese
• ·         milk
• ·         a little olive oil
• ·         2 (or more) hot peppers
• ·         1 red pepper
• ·         red pepper (optional)

Method

Put the cheese, the hot peppers, some olive oil and the milk in the mizzer and beat until it becomes a smooth cream.

Add the red pepper to pieces and mix.
