Ingredients
500 g beans moderate
3 carrots in washers
2 clusters of celery in washers
2 dry onions finely chopped
Salt Pepper
parsley finely chopped
Method
Put the beans out in the evening in water. Allow the beans to boil and toss the first water.Fill the pot with water up and pour in the beans, chopped onion and celery.
Throw the salt, pepper, oil and carrots.
Serve with fresh olive oil and plenty of parsley.
