Ingredients
- 1 kilogram of beans
- 1/2 tablespoons of soda
- 1 fl. oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- salt, a little vinegar
- oregano, lemon
Method
Put the beans out of the water in the evening. The next day we peel them
off. Sprinkle with soda, allow to stand for half an hour and then rinse with
plenty of water.
Soak the onion with the oil and pour the beans. Add the bay leaf, salt,
little vinegar and water. Cover the pot and allow the ingredients to boil until
they are tender. Then stir until they are pulverized.
When the beans are ready, serve them on a platter sprinkling oregano.
